Four course $75 per person, with matched wine (90ml pour) $110 per person.

*Spice seared yellow fin tuna (rare), smoked potatoes, cherry tomato, egg yolk confit, bean & olive salsa

Two freshly shucked oysters with chilli ginger & caramel
